Our company converted to Zoom phone system recently and we are also migrating to Zoom for our internal instant messaging. I'm finding the list of Company Contacts to be a bit of a nuisance, though. On our old instant messaging system, only the logged in users were shown by default. It made a handy way to see if someone is working that day or not.
In Zoom contacts, the contacts are all shown. And you have to look closely at the status icon, depending upon the status, to be able to tell if the contact is logged into Zoom or not.
It was so much easier on our old system, that if I saw the name on the list, I knew they were signed into the Instant Messenger program.
