Set an employee's out of office

We have an employee who had to take leave abruptly, and her supervisor would like us to set her Zoom status to Out of Office.  I can't find a way to do this via the admin portal.  Any ideas?

I’ve never thought of this before! I’ve looked/searched and don’t see a way to do it.

Note: The employee can log in from any device and set their own status from a device, but unfortunately not from the Web Portal.  I do see value in granting an Admin the ability to set it.
