Reporting on who clicks on recording link of past Zoom

Hello,

Is it possible to receive a report from our Zoom Workplace Pro account that shows us the full name of the participant that clicked on the recording link we sent them.  

We had a webinar on April 30th, and some participants could not make it.  Our sales team would like to know who actually clicked on the recording link that we sent them from our e-mail account.

Is this even possible?

I know we can see who was present and pull a CSV report, but we are looking for more of a report that shows who clicked on the recording link.

I only know one way to do this. On Demand Recordings.

You can require users to register for your cloud recordings before viewing them. This makes the recording on-demand, and you can customize the registration with custom fields for manual or automatic approval. The share link to an on-demand recording won’t change and will direct viewers to a registration page instead of the recording itself.

Hi! Zoom doesn’t provide a report showing exactly who clicked a shared recording link unless you had enabled settings like "only authenticated users can view" or required registration beforehand. At the fancy dress , we've found that using these settings or email platforms with link tracking (like Mailchimp) helps track viewer engagement more accurately. Consider setting these up for future webinars to get clearer insights.
