Renewing my subscription

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have tried renewing my subscription unsuccessfully. I click on "Start checkout" and the "Terms and condition" page pops up and CANNOT go further.  Can neither scroll up nor down to accept the terms.
How does one proceed?

Have you tried opening the page in a different browser or on a different device?  There are some combinations that have issues with scrolling pop-up screens, so that might resolve your issue.
