On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I did not receive my normal email telling me my recording was complete, with a link and was available for review. Was it not sent today or do I need to investigate my email provider?

I’d recommend just going into your account and seeing if it’s there. I’ve never not gotten one if I have Notification by Email enabled. I’ve seen no reports of issues relating to this – I suspect a recording was not generated … but you should check your account.

I have been doing further testing by starting instant meetings using my desktop and laptop.  My meeting yesterday and 3 today were all recorded. I was notified after two were complete and not notified of the other two? One on each computer, same email address.
