I am having an event soon and I will like to activate zoom HD, appreciate any prompt help

    Hi @CTASIA 

     

    You will need to make this request to Zoom Support at the link below. 

     

    You will need at least a Pro account to request HD at 720p - quite possibly with a justifiable requirement.

     

    HD at 1080p will generally only be available on Business accounts - again usually with a justifiable requirement.
