Q and A Box

I cannot find a Q and A box.  I co host educational classes and I used to be able to see a Q and A button in the chat window.  

 

I am presuming it is a setting that I haven't ticked but can't find it anywhere.  The teacher can't find it on his zoom either.  

 

Does anyone still have it on their chats and if so, is it something you had to request for your chat box or has the Q and A box gone with all the new developments.  

 

and secondly, can you turn off the chat but still leave the Q and A box on please?
