Private Chat Lock

My Mac computer has the M1 chip, running Ventura.

 

As a participant in a Zoom meeting, if someone sends me a private chat, I can respond to them, but afterwards cannot return to general chatting. There are no arrows or other indications for a way to send to everyone, and there is no list of participants where I previously could choose "Everyone.".  Any ideas how to interact with everyone on chat without leaving the meeting and signing on again?

 

I cannot report this as a bug because I attend Zoom meetings without a paid membership.
