Pop-up message during zoom session

During Zoom meetings, I am getting a pop-up message on my screen saying that I am being signed out because someone has signed in from a different device.  I've been using Zoom for several months, and this just started happening. What does it mean, and what should I do?

Hi, John

This is the message that appears when you sign in to a different device with your account.
Zoom allows you to sign in to only one device each: PC, tablet, and smartphone. For example, if you sign in to a PC and join a meeting, and then sign in to Zoom on another PC, you will be signed out of the PC you were signed in to first, and you will see the Pop-Up you mentioned in your question.
If your device is set to auto-launch, it may sign in to Zoom as soon as you start your device.
If you are using more than one device please make sure the above is not happening to you.
If not, someone else may have signed in with your account, and we recommend that you change your password immediately.
