Name not appearing in waiting room

While logging in my onlibe class, my name does not appear in waiting room, so the teacher can't take me in the meeting . I am then marked as absent. If I try to login again Ihet :incorrect password" message. How do I solve this problem?

Was this a meeting you were pre-registered for, or are you asked for your name when you join the Waiting Room?

 

Is your Zoom client logged into a Zoom profile/account?
