Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Hi. We paid for an upgrade to allow 3 users to host meetings simultaneously. Is there a way to activate this service?

The account owner will need to log into https://zoom.us/account/user#/ and and assign the licensees to the relevant users.
