Migrating chat history from Discord channels into Zoom Team Chat

My company is increasingly using Team Chat for communication after learning that images and documents in Discord servers have publicly-facing endpoints, which is a large security risk for us. I have seen references to tools allowing a migration of information from Slack to Zoom Teams Chat, and I'm hoping to find something similar for Discord -> Zoom Chat. Does anyone know of any tools to assist in that endeavor? Ideally we'd like to migrate all existing Discord content to Zoom Teams Chat. Thank you!

@techmastermike We have a 3rd party partner that would be interested in migrating chat history from Discoord to Zoom Team Chat.  They have performed migrations for customers from other platforms and have experience in this space.
