Zoom chat allows one to format text using the "T/pencil" button.
How can I configure Zoom so that my chat windows default to this mode (i.e., so that my chat sessions are normally in "format" mode)?

I looked for ways to do that, @bburgnam, and I don’t think it’s currently possible. But it sounds like a great idea!
You can use this Zoom web page to make a feature request directly to Zoom staff:
https://www.zoom.us/feed
Us volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have a way to enter feature requests on behalf of users.
