Issue with a breakout room assignment

Hello,

I wish to place people in a breakout room and need to do so using their email address as per the procedure.

However, some of the persons involved have an email address that has their name and then is followed by a .org.uk – not a .com.

The system is not allowing me to use the .org.uk address. They have no other address details.

Can anyone please advise?

I am not sure the org.uk domain in the problem. It may be those users are not registered in Zoom.

Please check the limitations of pre-assigning participants to breakout rooms (link below).

You may want to try a CSV import - but I think the same still applies.
