ID not accepted to access Taped Zoom meeting

Hello,

I received the https address for a taped Zoom meeting and the ID. I clicked on the https address but  when I entered the ID, it either ignored the ID entry (  the space appeared again for the ID to be entered) OR I got the error message that it was the wrong ID. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Hey @JCL, you can look into Managing and sharing cloud recordings for more info on the Host sharing a recording, however, I'd suggest reaching out to the host to ensure that the details on the shared recording are configured correctly for you to access.
