On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I cannot delete files received in chats from my external zoom contacts.

In the normal chat from my zoom contacts. I have cleared chat history as well but when I open all files option I still able to view files. But no option to delete those files if they are received.

I am afraid that is not possible at the moment.

Due to security policies, does not delete users’ files, only chats and related metadata. If a user downloaded a file, it will not delete it.

So, How could we delete our data if we want to delete it? Is it possible?

I suggest you please read the article I shared with you. I can not answer these questions as your account type, plan and role need to be checked. 

Hi, I just tried deleting the sent file from the sender account, and it automatically deleted the file from the receiver's account, but the receiver kept the text. I don't see a way to delete the text. Hope that will help you.  [Update: I was able to delete the text the same way, from the sender account, and it automatically deleted the text from the receiver's account.]
