I am having difficulty updating to the current version of Zoom

On my screen it said Installing but after 2 hours there was nothing doing

    Hi @rudolphmurray19 

     

    Please try uninstalling your current version of Zoom. Don't worry, you won't lose anything! Once uninstalled, then install the latest version.

    Hello, am trying to update to the latest version of Zoom, but when I run the update (via Norten) it keeps 'failing'.  I have tried to uninstall the previous version (5.1.53) from my device to enable me to download the latest version of Zoom, however I can't do this as it does not seem to be able to locate the relevant software. I think the problem is that the previous version installation software was accidentally deleted. Is there somewhere I can obtain this older installation software? Or is there any other solution? Thanks for advice.
