Zoom AI Companionā2021-10-11 01:47 AM
A business has sent multiple times in the past year, emails with zoom links , that pretend to update me on missing their previous event. Though they included an email address in the text for me to make enquiry, I repeatedly email to that address to unsub to no avail. Effectively, this person has successfully hide behind zoom no-reply email address that I cannot unsub. Anyone can help me? Or zoom has a means to trace that user to ban it from him or his other staff/staff/users from creating zoom links to spam others? Or zoom has find a way to stop allowing users to hide behind its no-reply email address while sending out links to legit participants?

Hi @Leewy,
I think the best you can do is mute the person.

Mute?š¤
ā¦what do you mean?

I mean right click on the email and select the mute option or the block option or the mark as spam option.

I have same issue. With GoTo Webinar having a report abuse option, the spammers are turning to Zoom and have free reign to harrass us. Shame on you Zoom!
