Giving A User Permission To Another Account's Zoom Chat

We have an EA who wants access to their Executives Zoom Chat to reply to messages etc. 

I gave them access to the meetings, I am having difficulty finding where I could do this for them in the Exec's user settings. 

 

Help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
