Getting virtual backgrounds to be shown in zoom room

HI folks,

 I have uploaded the virtual apps but am not able to get them to be my virtual background when in a zoom room. Do they only open when you are in a session?

 

I have been attempting to sort this out on my own but having no luck. Laymens terms greatly appreciated.

Here is a link to the guide for using virtual backgrounds in Zoom Room. It would appear you can only enable once in a meeting.
