Enterprise setting - change my status to away

Within the Team Chat settings there is a setting "Change my status to Away when I am inactive for ** minutes."  Can this be set on an enterprise level?  The default of 15 minutes would not work in our environment.

I am searching for this answer as well.  Unless I've missed it I can't find where this setting can be controlled in the registry or via group policy.
