I have signed in to run a meeting as host and later a second person has signed in and claimed host. Is it possible to block the person from doing this?

Helo @sarahj,
The only way to “claim host” is if you know the Meeting Host’s host key. This is configurable in your profile section in the Zoom Portals.
If this was tour meeting (scheduled by you with you as the host) and someone else claimed host away from you, then you should go into your profile and change your host key so that no one else knows it.
