Hey @sPrindy, there are Personal Notes you can put on your Profile within the client. You can start by clicking on your profile > and the edit 'pen'.
From here you can insert your personal note as well as check the 'display personal note above composed message box... '
When saved, your personal note will be active as well as other recipients trying to @ you or message you will see your note before sending you a message.
