Changing the host while Breakout Rooms are still open

Whenever I reassign  being a host to somebody or assigning someone as a co-host, users who will join the Break-out room, can no longer join the break-out room. What is the reason and solution for this?

Go to the main lobby. Then click Participants.. and select the participant you want to become a host. Then select the 3 dots or arrow and you can see reassign host.
