Can’t link into my zoom meetings from my pc or iPad but I can from my cell.

I have been using zoom pro for three years

 

now my pc and my iPad will not link to my zoom meetings.  Only my cell will link up.  Please advise

I'm not sure we have enough information, but I'm venturing a guess that you might need to make sure your PC and iPad are SIGNED IN using the same account that you use on your phone... Let us know if that helps!

@CathieBehrend, it might also help if you'll describe what you do see when you try to Join a Zoom meeting from your PC and iPad, or a screen shot of what happens.
