Can't download documents from Chat

All of a sudden, if someone shares a document or link in the chat, I cannot download it.  I am the host and admin.  Everyone else can do it, but not me.  I have not touched the settings - any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks

Hi @mpa1980! When you try to open the documents from chat, do you receive any error message? Would love to understand what's going on here 🙂

No message.  A blue outline appears around the chat box and no matter where I click, I cannot copy it.  I have to actually highlight the text and then copy/paste onto a word doc to save the chat.
