Can't access a recording

I have a local recording, and I can see the one I need, but when I click on it, I get a message that says I have to login with the same account to listen to recording.  I am in the same account and I have to get access, please help!

Is it possible for you to send a screenshot of the error that you received?

I believe it wants you to use the desktop app and log in to that with the same details. It should then open up.

I tried using the desktop app and logging in and I still cant open the video
