I’m a piano teacher and teach online.  Recently I have not been able to hear the piano when my students play.  I can hear them talk but the piano does not come through.  Please advise…

We are experiencing the same problems in our church.  Until 3 weeks ago we could hear the organ and the choir, but now we can only hear people who speak directly into a mike. What's happening zoom?

I’ve decided to drop Zoom from my paid subscription since I can’t get any help with this issue.  I’m VERY frustrated to say the least!!
