When in a zoom meeting my screen will freeze and audio goes out for about a minute at a time every 10 minutes or so. This happens on my iphone and my laptop. What could the problem be? My internet connection or my devices or something with Zoom?
My husband thinks it's the laptop and wants to know the specs needed for a laptop to work with zoom properly.
Suggestions or help please.
Thanks!
Joy

Do the issues occur only at home?
Have you tried using these devices elsewhere and had the same problems?
If the issues only occur at home it is most likely something to do with your home network. If the issues follow you to other locations it could be related to the devices. You may want to power cycle your modem/router as this can often solve a lot of home networking issues.
