Announcements or pinned chat?

I am searching for a way to have an announcement for users when they enter the meeting—something in the chat window.  I have a daily meeting at 9, and we put information in the chat, however, users who come in late will not see the announcement so we have to enter it twice or even move.  Can we leave a banner or a pinned chat at the top so that even latecomers will see the message?

So the easiest workaround for a banner or a pinned chat is to display a text banner in the meeting using third party closed captions. This is a message that can be displayed to all participants regardless of when they joined the meeting. This would save you a lot of time so you are not entering the same announcement in the chat multiple times each meeting. You can set this up using APIs or if you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you display a caption banner that is pinned to the meeting so that even latecomers will see the message.
