How do I have a picture instead of my name

You can upload your profile picture on Zoom Web portal.

Go to zoom.us and sign in to Zoom from the top right button. Open Profile and click your profile picture to add it.

You can change your picture on Zoom desktop client or the mobile app settings as well.
