Adding Zoom app on Ipad

Trying to install V4K USB camera on my IPad. Keep running into issues.  Can I install this mini-cam on my iPad?  Do I need a laptop?

    How do I add Zoom app to my iPad?
    Navigate to the app store on your iPhone or iPad. Search “Zoom Cloud meetings” in your search bar.
    Navigate to Google Play on your Android device.
    Open the Zoom app on your mobile device:
    You will be called a few minutes before your appointment time with information to join your Zoom visit.
