有料会員と無料会員で同じメールアドレスで登録し、ログイン出来なくなりました

会社の有料会員の招待のURLをクリックする前に、同じメールアドレスで自分で無料会員で登録してしまい、Zoomにログイン出来なくなりました。また、パスワードリセットをしてもメールアドレスにメールが飛んできません。どうしたらログインできますでしょうか。

Thanks for posting your question in Zoom Community!

If I understand your issue correctly, your company has sent you an invitation to join your company Zoom tenancy (account) and you had clicked the URL and agreed to merge into your company account. If that's the case, and your company has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), your previous password will no longer be usable. You need to log in via SSO.

If your company hasn't enabled SSO for Zoom, in either case, your Zoom admins are able to reset the password for you.
