We need to be able to have a Task List appear for everyone, both the creator and assignee. For example; I need our team to see the Lists I've created and the tasks I've assigned to them in that list. It makes simple project management very difficult without this.
This is creating double work until this is resolved.
Solution: Add another check box when creating a list to make it public or private. Public ones will auto populate on the assignees List section when someone is assigned to the task.

If you want to **share a task list** in Zoom Tasks and are finding issues, here are the key points:
* Ensure that **Tasks is enabled** in your account settings. Admins can go to *Web portal → Account Management → Settings → Tasks* and toggle “Enable Zoom Tasks”.
* Confirm you have a paid plan or that the feature is available for your user. Tasks (and the sharing/collaboration functions) are part of the paid features in many cases.
* When creating or managing a task list, use the “Collaborators” or “Assignees” field to add other users. This gives them visibility and access.
* Note: While you can share individual tasks, “sharing a full list” as in making a list visible/editable by a group may depend on your role or permissions in the account. If you don’t see an option to share the list itself, you may need to manually add collaborators for each task in that list.
* If someone you add *still* cannot see the tasks or list, check:
* They are part of the same Zoom account or supported domain.
* They are signed in with the correct account.
* Tasks collaboration hasn’t been disabled for your group by the admin.
