New Zoom Desktop Interface is Frustrating

I have been using Zoom for years. Today I went to sechedule a meeting and everything is upside down. I PAY a year fee to use zoom and today I couldn't add my contacts!! Where autofill used to fill in the email addresses for my atendees that did not happen today. I HATE THIS NEW INTERFACE. 

And to top it off you want to charge me to use a scheduler!!!! WHAT???? I use this tool to meet with family members once a week. That's it! I already pay too much for this service but I was willing to pay the extra so that my sibs and I could stay connected. BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I WANT A REFUND!!!! And yet I don't see anyeay to contact someone. Please let me know how to get in touch. I did not pay for this ridiculous upgrade so I am returning it!

I agree, It is so cluttered and confusing and clumbsy. I just keep going back to teams now 😞 Why do people like to application???

Absolutely! There are timeless pieces of wisdom that many overlook today. Remember, “If it ain't broke, don't fix it” and “Keep it simple.” These sayings remind us of the beauty in simplicity and the importance of maintaining what works.

The new interface is TERRIBLE... they took a wonderful thing and ruined it. They should at least let you go back to a simpler interface.

I love the description of how it’s “intuitive.” From my perspective, I need none of it and wonder if there’s a way to revert to the previous version for our meeting. Thanks for inflicting this on us.

The new chat interface is far from “intuitive.” The surprise introduction of the feature kind of ignores what your users want. An option to revert to the previous version should be provided ASAP. 
It was simple, uncluttered, and intuitive. KISS!

I've been trying to log in for a meeting -- waiting till the last minute, of course -- and am now totally befuddled by the interface.  And I have 25+ years in IT.

The new Zoom interface is absolutely hopeless and extremely annoying. I've just spent ages trying and failing to find out about people who have registered for a meeting - and that's just one of the problems with it. Looking for another meeting platform ...
