Decent Intro Video to Scheduler and ZOOM Calendar

The Zoom videos have not been very useful. I don't want to use an outside Calendar. Has anyone found a good video on using zoom calendar alone and scheduler?

Thanks and... like I said, none of the videos made by Zoom were very helpful at all. 
I need to know how to work within Zoom with scheduler and calendar... not outside of zoom and not their infomercials.
