Unexpected Docs

Today, I received an email notification that I had an item in Docs. Upon checking, there are 2 items Shared With Me, but I am not expecting anything. One of these is encrypted and one is not. I have not downloaded them. I do not feel they are safe. The 'senders' are very generic: Accounts Payable and Account-Payable, but when I view the Docs, I can see Anonymous users also present. What are these Docs?

Hi @FocusConst

It's good to be suspicious of any email sharing things you did not request or are not expecting, especially from unknown sources. Your instinct to avoid opening or downloading what you received is admirable!

To help us maintain a trusted and secure email environment, you can report suspicious or spam messages using this link: https://zoom.us/trust-form.

It's not the email that was suspicious, it's the Docs themselves. The email was sent by Zoom because there were Docs present that were Shared With Me. I would have thought that sharing malicious files would be scanned and therefore banned by Zoom. I would have thought that Zoom would have some sort of countermeasures in place to prevent the malicious files from being shared in the first place.

It doesn't appear that my message went through.

I would have thought that Zoom would have countermeasures in place to protect these sort of spam documents from being shared in the first place, if that's what they are.
