In latest Zoom Workplace, the new docs feature has UI elements cutoff when not in full screen. I hardly ever full screen apps on 4K monitors - too wasteful. Unfortunately, I do not have permission to post images so you'll have to go to imgur to see my dilemma:

I can understand this frustration. I also rarely maximize windows. I tend to cascade windows.
Unfortunately, I don't believe there is a resolution for this at this time. I recommend keeping an eye on Zoom's release notes for updates. I also encourage you to send this feedback to Zoom to get in front of the right eyes for future enhancements.
