Loading wheel in Zoom contact center integration with Zendesk

Using Zoom integration with Zendesk, after completing engagement I get a loading wheel. It does not go away. I have cleared cache and cookies. I'm using Chrome on Mac. Unable to use Safari the integration on Safari does not load correctly. 

Anyone else having this issue?
