Creating Quarterly schedule adherence reports

The UI will not allow for ease in setting date ranges for a fiscal quarter agent schedule adherence report. You can only enter a range within the month you want the report to start. How do you overcome this malfunction?

Hi @JuliaS1, Zoom Contact Center’s reporting interface currently restricts date selection to a single month, which makes creating fiscal quarter schedule adherence reports cumbersome. To work around this:

  1. Run multiple monthly reports: Generate separate reports for each month of the fiscal quarter, then combine them externally (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tool) to calculate overall adherence.

  2. Use the API: If your organization has access, the Zoom Contact Center API allows querying schedule adherence over custom date ranges, bypassing the UI limitation.

  3. Contact Zoom Support: Submit feedback or request enhanced quarterly reporting—they may provide early access to updated reporting features or a workaround.

For now, exporting and aggregating monthly reports is the most reliable approach.
