Contact Center Outbound Call Agent Ring Tone

Hello, 

When our call center agents make an outbound call using the Zoom Contact Center they hear music in their headset and a separate ring tone on their computer speakers. The agents do not like the default music that plays on every outbound call they make. Some of our agents place more than 100 calls a day and the outbound music is really starting to antagonize the users. I cannot find the settings to change the sound or remove it. Please help.
