I see Concurrent and Named agents can be mixed and matched, but I can't find pricing info on concurrent licensing. Where is that listed?

Would you happen to know what the limits on AI Expert Assist are? I know ZVA is priced by limits but can't seem to understand the capacity on Expert Assist. Thanks!

I dont beleive there are limits to how often you use it, as it is designed for assisting internal resources (where ZVA can assist external customers).   For AI Expert Assist, there are limits to the number of articles it will return per request.   See the KB link below.

Do you know if this is still the active concurrent pricing? I had a colleague in a government account that said the government contracting price is $138 for Essentials for Concurrent and then also $134 and $189 for Premium and Elite. He said this was the part number that was $138 when I told him I had seen it for $99 - ZCX-CC-1-MTH. Has it changed since back then? Thanks!
