Message: "Host has another meeting in progress"

I have a user issuing meeting calendar events via Jobvite. When guests try to enter meeting is getting message: "Host has another meeting in progress" although there were no other meetings occurring at that time.

    Hi @DaveKos, thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!

     

    I'm sure this can be very frustrating, I will give you a couple of troubleshooting steps to try and hopefully that fixes the issue 🙂. I would first like to suggest completely signing out of Zoom (zoom app & zoom.us), restating your computer, and then signing back in to Zoom. Test after following these steps.

     

    If you continue to encounter the error, please disable the option "Allow participants to join anytime":

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
    3. In the Meeting tab, change Allow participants to join before host to disable.
