GoodStack Denial Issue

Hi All,

I recently received an email stating that organization does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Zoom for Nonprofits program. However, the email did not specify which particular rule or restriction we fail to meet, so I’m hoping you can clarify this.

For context:

VigyanShaala International is a registered nonprofit organization based in India, focused on making quality STEM education and skills accessible to marginalized communities.

We run mentoring, scholarships, and free programs for learners from low‑income and underserved backgrounds.

We do not resell Zoom or operate as a for‑profit training business; our mission and activities are explicitly social‑impact and charitable.

Could you please help by answering the following:

Under which specific clause or category in Zoom’s nonprofit eligibility requirements has VigyanShaala International been classified as “not eligible”?

Is the issue related to our organization type, country‑specific criteria, the way our activities have been interpreted (e.g. “education/training provider” vs “charitable nonprofit”), or missing/incorrect documentation in our application?

If the classification is due to how our activities were described, what changes or additional information would you recommend we include so our nonprofit mission is accurately reflected?

Understanding the exact eligibility reason will help us decide whether we can adjust our documentation and re‑apply, or whether we should assume that Zoom for Nonprofits will not be available to us in the long term.

Thank you for your time, and for supporting organizations serving their communities.

Best regards,
VigyanShaala International
