解約手続きについて

夫が亡くなり、アカウントがなくなりました。引き落としのクレジットカードは私のカードです。そのため、どのように解約するとよいかがわかりません。教えてください。お願いいたします。

For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed.
