Zoom Room Meeting Sync Issue & Recording Disabled on Controller
Dear Zoom Support Team,
We are facing an issue with our Zoom Room setup.
When we create or schedule meetings through the Zoom Admin Portal, the meetings do not appear on the Zoom Room controller (tablet), even though the calendar service has been properly enabled and configured.
In addition, the recording option on the Zoom Room tablet is inactive/disabled, despite the recording destination being set to Cloud Recording.
We have already verified the following:
Zoom Room is properly logged in
Calendar integration is enabled and connected
Cloud recording is enabled at the account level
However, the issues still persist.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving the following:
Meetings not syncing to the Zoom Room controller
Recording option disabled on the tablet despite Cloud Recording being enabled
Kindly guide us on the required configurations or troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues.
