Unable to log in to Zoom Careers Workday account / Password reset not working
I’m facing an issue with the Zoom Careers Workday portal and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this or knows how to resolve it.

I already have an account created there with my valid email address, but I’m unable to log in. I keep getting this error: “You may have entered the wrong email address or password or your account might be locked.”
When I try the “Forgot Password” option, I get this error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”
I have already tried:
- Resetting my Zoom account password
- Trying again with the new password
- Using different browsers
- Using incognito/private mode
The problem still remains, and I’m unable to continue with my application.
Has anyone faced the same issue with the Zoom Careers/Workday portal? If yes, how was it resolved?
