Disabling the Zoom Support Chat to remove it from my screen

No mater what I do...I cannot remove te Zoom support chat window

      Hi ​@Elizabeth Skender,

      Thank you for joining Zoom community. To remove the Zoom Support chat window, an account admin can disable the in-product support chat:

      1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin.
      2. Go to Account Management > Account Settings.
      3. Under Admin Options, turn off Allow users to contact Zoom’s Support via Chat.
      4. If prompted, click Disable to confirm.
