Question
classes on ipad
Hello Zoom Community and Product Team,I am a teacher and I frequently use the Zoom iPad app to conduct my online classes and share digital textbooks with my students.Currently, when I share my screen on the iPad, the floating video window allows me to see some participants, but my own camera feedback (Self-View) is completely hidden. This is a major issue for educators. As a teacher, I need to see myself during interactions to evaluate my non-verbal communication, posture, and facial expressions. Not being able to see my own camera layout makes it very difficult to maintain the proper pedagogical framing and engagement.I know that participants can still see me, but I need to see myself too. Please consider adding an option to enable/toggle Self-View inside the floating window during screen sharing on iPadOS, just like it is possible on the desktop version. This would greatly improve the distance learning experience for thousands of teachers worldwide. If you are a teacher or presenter facing the same issue, please upvote this post to bring it to the developers' attention!Thank you.
