How can I get some answer form zoom support?
Something happened with my accout last week. Apparently has been taken for somebody else.
I received an email from zoom in a foreign language and I ignored it because I thought it was spam. A couple of days later I tried to use my account and could not login. The message I received was there is not account attached to my email address. I have created several tickets in the support system bun never received any answer or feedback about them.
I was paying for a Pro account, even sent them my last invoice.
This is like speaking to the emptiness... I need some kind of answer.
¿I this the kind of help zoom gives to their costumers?
¿What should I do?
